Safe Omaha Streets (SOS) is a group of citizens who are concerned about unsafe behavior on Omaha’s city streets.

Partners Trilety Wade and Jim Pattavina created SOS in early 2022 to give voice to the citizens of Omaha, and encourage a clear, respectful, and transparent exchange of information between citizens and municipalities/agencies.

At present, we are not pursuing non-profit status; instead, we will focus on working as a grassroots group to coalesce public opinion and influence government action. SOS is currently run entirely by volunteer energy and commitment.
